Digital Products:
All sales of digital products (downloads, eBooks, art, videos, printables, etc.) are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once purchase is complete. If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us and we will make sure you get access to your purchase.
Affiliate Products:
Some items on our site are fulfilled through affiliate partners (such as Amazon, Walmart, etc.). For these products, all returns and refunds are subject to the policies of the affiliate retailer. Please refer to the retailer’s website for details and follow their instructions for returns or inquiries.
Handmade Products by Zen & Ztyles:
If you are not completely satisfied with any handmade product created by Zen & Ztyles, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original condition/packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
